In order to secure the apartments for the dates you requested I take a 50% deposit check to be sent to Israel.

The remainder of the payment, is paid upon arrival.

Please notify me when you mail the check so I can keep track of it and I will let you know when it is in my account.

Check In & Check Out
Check in time is from 2:30 PM and check out time until 9:00 AM.
This is so that we have sufficient time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next visitor.

There is flexibility (within certain limits) however and we try to accommodate people whose flight schedules require adjusting these hours. If your flight leaves the same day BUT late at night, where you have to stay until late afternoon, evening or night and I can't rent it out to other people that day, then that day will be counted. As soon as you know your arrival and departure times, please notify me, so we can make sure it all goes smoothly.

On Fridays & Erev Chag
Check out time is 8 AM and check in time is 12 PM
since stores close around 2 or 3 PM.
Here too flexibility is offered when possible.
